Introduction to the Bowen Technique

Introduction to the Bowen technique is an opportunity for learning more about this gentle therapy, what it does, how it works, having a career in Bowen therapy and to have a go at some hands-on Bowen moves. It is open to anyone, starts 10am and finishes 3.30pm. Please bring your own lunch, coffee and tea provided, cost is £60.00.

A gentle, light touch therapy over muscles, tendons and connective tissue used to balance the body and help with injuries or longer term conditions. Health professionals and holistic therapists are welcome. An anatomy/physiology qualification is required or to study alongside the course. Open to anyone interested in complementary therapy for part time or new career opportunity.
